It’s easy to treat Q4 as the year’s finish line and get complacent during the holiday season. But in our latest SHIFT Webinar “2025 Census Success: Holiday Sales Strategies & Marketing Differentiators”, Lindsey Daugherty, Head of Community at Sage, invited four industry experts to explain how to effectively prepare for 2025 census ramp-up goals by refining approaches, overcoming holiday challenges, and leveraging the unique opportunities of the season.
On December 3rd, Maribeth Neelis (Head of Marketing at Sonida Senior Living), Nick Jasmon (VP of Business Development at AHM), Carrie Tindal (VP Sales and Marketing at Navion Senior Living), and Brigitte Specht (Chief Growth Officer at KJB Sales Consulting LLC) shared invaluable insights into how to create strong marketing differentiators that set your community apart in a competitive market, ensuring that your efforts not only drive immediate results but also lay the foundation for sustained growth into the new year.
This webinar was hosted as a part of SHIFT, a Sage series about how senior living operators can shift into a tech-forward mindset. Check out some highlights below or watch the full panel here.
Nick Jasmon: Just focus on what you can control, plant and water what you can, and the rest of it is going to take care of itself. But you’re laying that framework for 2025.
Brigitte Specht: I would say pipeline pipeline pipeline. It’s so incredibly important right now at the end of the year to build up for Q1. Now is a great time to look back at where your leads got bottlenecked throughout the year and really figure out why they are getting bottlenecked and what can I do about it to make that change.
Maribeth Neelis: Another thing that’s good about this time of year is just looking forward to how you want your 2025 to be. What do you envision for yourself?
Really put them in the driver’s seat and see how the community can play a role in how their next year will play out and what they’ll be doing and who they’ll be with and get them excited.
Carri Tindal: One thing we rolled out across our company in Q3 and really rolling into Q4 is Root Cause Analysis and asking The 5 Whys. Is there truly an issue when it comes to the amount of leads coming in month over month versus something else where there’s an opportunity for additional coaching.
Sage is committed to transforming the senior living industry with the relevant data and tools they need to optimize their communities. Watch the full webinar here.
