Data Is Powerful In Resident Family Conversations

Kelli Davis: Transparency is the best word that I can use to describe what sets us apart from other communities. They're using what we were using before Sage, which is just a nurse call system.

Taking it to the next level, it's peace of mind knowing that we're not going to be price gouging anyone. It's really awesome that we can look at tangible data and say, “This is what we're doing. This is how much time was spent.” Sitting down at the table with those families and sharing that information with them in a very real, accurate way.

Transparency and Accountability Are Critical

Andrew Smith: We all have a higher level of expectation for transparency and accountability with the services that we engage with in all walks of life. The family members and residents that are moving into our communities are bringing that higher level of expectation. 

Without a solution like Sage, you can't really provide that transparency to have those conversations about rate increases or quality of care.

Kevin Potts: The ability to pull info honestly makes our jobs easier. And I know that's a lot to say, because our jobs are not easy!
